STATUTE OF THE ACADEMY OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL SCIENCES (EXCERPT)
The Academy of Administrative and Legal Sciences is a public organization registered in Ukraine.
It operates on the basis of a standard charter and is registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. The Academy is a non-political, non-university, non-state public organization under public law.
The special tasks of the academy are:
development of science
popularization of scientific knowledge
exchange of scientific knowledge
providing consultations on scientific issues
implementation of legal and organizational protection of academy members
organization of mutual assistance between members of the academy.
All members of the Academy have equal rights and one vote at the general meeting.
Members of the Academy can be elected by the general meeting as Academicians and Corresponding Members of the Academy of Administrative and Legal Sciences. This is done on the basis of the Regulation.
